Coolzi Fridge Repair provides residential and commercial refrigeration repair across all five NYC boroughs, covering every major refrigerator brand and type. A technician diagnoses the actual fault on-site and provides an exact price before any repair work begins.

Scheduling and Appointments
Appointment windows are booked by phone or email and confirmed ahead of the visit. Same-day service depends on availability and is not guaranteed for every call. We ask that someone 18 or older be present to grant access to the unit and approve the diagnosis.

Every repair is diagnosed first. You are given the full price for the recommended repair before any work starts, and that price does not change without your approval. Payment is arranged directly with your technician at the time of service.

Coolzi Fridge Repair does not offer a warranty or guarantee on parts or labor unless a technician states otherwise to you directly in writing for a specific repair. Appliances are complex machines, and while we diagnose and repair carefully, we cannot promise a repaired appliance will never experience another issue, including one unrelated to the original repair.
